After relocating to Türkiye in 2011, she continued her education and professional development there, building her legal career on a disciplined, visionary, and internationally oriented approach.

Graduating successfully from Ankara University Faculty of Law, Mashur actively participated in various student organizations during her university years, gaining a solid legal foundation both academically and socially. Following her graduation, she was admitted to the Antalya Bilim University Master’s Program with Thesis in Private Law, where she continues her academic studies.

Throughout her professional career, she deepened her practical experience through a comprehensive internship process covering various fields of law. She developed a strong practical background by focusing on enforcement law, mediation, litigation follow-up, court proceedings, and corporate legal transactions. Subsequently, she worked as an attorney at a well-established law firm with international qualifications, handling complex and multifaceted cases particularly in family law, immigration law, international law, enforcement law, and commercial law.

In line with her approach centered on social benefit, she served as Head of Legal Affairs and Vice President of the Mediterranean Ahiska Turks Association, making significant contributions to strengthening the institution by effectively managing its national and international legal processes.

Fluent in Russian at native level, proficient in English, and possessing basic knowledge of Spanish, Mashur provides strategic, reliable, and effective legal representation in international legal disputes, supported by her multilingual structure, analytical thinking skills, and high professional discipline.
